Our friend said it's a must for a dinner while being in Vienna so we went there together and.... The food was pretty expensive but also really huge! If I knew it I would share my meal with somebody. The ribs were delicious, as well as the chicken stripes. We also ordered a beer which was really nice, but unfortunately... More

It was ok at the price - typical austria food - dull - Meat on plate With one slice of cucomber - one slice Tomato - fries and ketchup - no spices and no sauce or anything Else to pimp it up - but cheap and we all were full!

I went here with my son. Service was very friendly and unobtrusive, with dishes arriving quickly. There is good wifi. The clientele are made up of a significant number of locals, which is always a very good sign. The ambience is similar to a family-friendly decent British pub, albeit this establishment is very Austrian! It is no surprise that the... More

Having read other reviews many people rave over the ribs and perhaps we picked the wrong dishes. We had fish and Schnitzel Cordon Bleu both of which were nice, but we weren't so keen on the runny potato salad that accompanied them. With a large beer and two large glasses of wine the total bill of 36 euro was quite... More

This place is not fancy but is clearly very popular with locals and I can see why. Their speciality is barbecued ribs and they are pretty awesome and clearly the most popular dish on the menu. It's not often that I can't finish a main course but my plate of ribs defeated me. They were very well cooked and very... More

was one of my favourites in this area. The quality ist still fine, the service okay and the prices are moderate. but i am missing something...its a little bit of what u need, to be more than just average. There a lot of beers, also very good wines. if u r around and would have a nice location with good... More

Me and my girlfriend spent a weekend in Vienna and we had here the first lunch in the city. We had a plate for two persons including chicken, pork and beef, some fried potatoes and grilled vegetables. Was good, but too much garlic on the vegetables for my taste :) They have english menus.

Restaurant was clean and easy to find. Upon arrival we weren't greeted resulting in us having to find a staff member for help who just pointed us in the direction of a dirty table. Once seated we where given a German menu.. After starring at it for awhile another waiter asked if we would like an English copy. The menu... More

We went to that restaurant according to the recommendations here. We entered the restaurant at 6:00 PM, made the order at 6:20 PM and went out without eating because no food was served till 7:10 PM. We ordered a soup, two courses of spare ribs and a grilled chicken fillet. The waiter didn't spoke English and all the time said... More
