While in Vienna we found a little Italian restaurant called Giovanni's. It offers the BEST pizza I have ever had. And we will be back this week

A fantastic family run small restaurant (~25 covers), excellent food and wine, very buoyant and friendly atmosphere. I would heartily recommend to any traveller in the neighbour.

Food was delicious, service was very friendly. The menu is mostly pizza with the exception of specials which were not. But the variety of pizza was amazing and the food was delicious. One of the best meals we have had thus far.

I read the reviews in Tripadviosr and decided to go there as a big fan of pizza. However, I was very dissapointed by the taste. Very limited number of menus and taste is below average. Will not go there again when visiting Vienna.

Went here as it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. Firstly, there's no smoking, which I prefer and I'd have left as I won't eat if there is smoke around. It was busy but despite no booking, a table was available. Went...More

We took the menu. It was delicious. But don't take it if you are starving. The main dish might be too small. Waitress seemed to be a bit stressed. And the second waitress/cook/owner (don't know) served the food but looked really annoyed and was wearing...More

We choose to eat here as it was the top rated pizza restaurant in the city. And a good choice. A cosy family run place with pizzas freshly rolled to order. Well cooked thin crust crispy bases and good toppings. All in all a top...More

When you arrive at this restaurant you are a little bit irritated - coming from all the other crowded streets around the Sigmundsgasse is quite empty. In addition the restaurant looks a little bit as it have had its best days behind it. On the...More

We really enjoyed the pizza at this place, after a long day of walking Vienna. They had a wide variety, and the ingredients were VERY fresh. Service was prompt, if not overly friendly.

Pizza was great, authentic Italian, thin crust, proper mozzarella, fresh, abundant toppings, but I was expecting more on "osteria" part. Apart from daily specials, there was no other dishes than pizzas. If you are pizza lover, definitely place to visit.
