Booked a table for Saturday night and had an enjoyable time. Quite busy but service was prompt and efficient. Only reason it doesn't rate 5 stars was that although we ordered several different dishes all of them tasted similar. I suspect there is only one curry sauce getting turned into multiple dishes but quite tasty all the same.

My wife and I sat outside at the restaurant's sidewalk area. Burggasse is not a really busy street in the evening so traffic noise was not an issue. It appears that this restaurant is family run. Our meals were excellent and the waiters and staff were polite and attentive.

Went there for dinner - Had curry, tikka masala and tandori chicken. All the food was flavorful and in great portion sizes. Naan (regular and garlic) were huge, but flavorful. Great vegetarian and gluten-free options too. Average prices for Vienna.

Omg by just walking in that direction we found this place quite by accident. Just a few yards away from the hotel we stay in. We went after a very long walk and by the time we sat we were literally dying with Hunger . Their chicken tikka and mutton/lamb tikka was delicious as starter. We also ordered daal and... More

Found this restaurant by accident as we were strolling the streets in the neighborhood, looking for a place for dinner between museums - it is near the Maria Theresa platz - it had a really nice atmosphere and smelled so good from the street . The food was excellent and was reasonably priced. The servers did not speak much English... More

I visited this restaurant together with my friend today. We had the most beautiful food experience ever. We ordered two main courses, two naans, rice, lasi, water and we paid sth around 38€. I would give them even more for such a delicacy. We got some mango, chilli and vegetables pickles for free at the table as well. The speed of... More

We went there at 22:20 pm after seeing opera. The guy told us that the kitchen closes at 22:30 but if we wanted, we could stay. We chose very quickly (after all, they said it was ok). The food is decent, but compared to other indian restaurants I know in Vienna it was extremely expensive. Rice and bread were also... More

We chose this restaurant because it was only a 2 minute walk from our hotel and we were not disappointed. We walked in on a Friday night without a reservation and were seated almost immediately and the wait staff were attentive enough that they looked after us but not so intrusive that we felt harassed. We both love indian food... More

We always look for a good Indian restaurant when we visit Europe and we were certainly not disappointed when we found Moghulhof! The food was fantastic! The rooms were elegantly decorated and full of satisfied diners. It looked as though it is a family-run restaurant. Our server was a delightful young man, who made sure we had everything we wanted.... More

The food is okay and the atmosphere is nice, but it's not worth the price. Beware - they charge you for everything, including tap water and the rice that comes with the meal. I felt like I got robbed.

Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections.
