We stumbled upon this place while looking for lunch. Fantastic find. The atmosphere is very unique and the food was very good. Not at all crowded for a late lunch. The Viennese schnitzel, potato salad, and gnocchi were very good. The pork roast and strudel...More

One of the main historical Keller in central Vienna. Good traditional food in a central place that is still a typical hangout for locals. Prices are average for Austrian standards, but the quality is above average for the area. Definitely suggested.

Excellent location, fantastic food, reasonable prices. The quality of the food is more than perfect and really Austrian, each plate quantity enough for 2 pax, the decoration very old as it was hundreds years ago and the prices reasonable. Taste the prechel bead with the...More

We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm with a reservation (4 people), waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, the waitress only gave us 3 cards (almost throw them on the table). We waited another 30 minutes before someone came to take our order...More

The opening hours on Tripadviser and Googlemaps are wrong as they do open for lunch. In overall, nothing to complain. We had Viennese soup which was really nice, the mains were in ample amount with good quality. They take cards, which is really nice. There...More

Always! It's their signature dish! It would be like going to McDonalds and the Big Mac not being available! It may be 4 years between my visits, but the standard is always great.
