This is a delightful restaurant composed of a number of small, contrasting, rooms; we were in the Hunter's Room. The staff were excellent and the service was most efficient. The portions are very generous; if you are feeling only moderately hungry, it is better to...More

Lamb was perfectly cooked, the frittaten soup was excellent and the salad super tasty. Service friendly and professional. Definitely a must go and go again place.

it is quite expensive. The tafelspitz is as pricy as in Plachutta but there no competition. The one in plachutta is way better

We had the Schnitler and a salat for lunch. It was perfect as a quick lunch meal. It was worth trying it since we were in Vienna but I probably wont order it again. Nice location. It is worth visitting just because of the arcitecture...More

Feels a bit tourist-trap-y but a very good food experience. A little overpriced perhaps but probably justified - would definitely recommend sitting outside (was closed when we attended) as zither inside was not an atmosphere enhancer!

Perfect schnizel and helpful service. We asked should we take starter with schnizel and waiter said that steak itself is quite big. They recommended beer with steak but we would like to have white wine. Staff recommendation from wine list was excellent riesling.

My husband and I went here nine years ago, it was one of the most memorable meals I have ever had! The Weinerschnitzel was sizzling hot, delicious, as was the rest of the food. This time the Weinerschnitzel tasted like it was three days old,...More
