We enjoyed everything from the food to the communication. We were also mesmerized by the live music making we were lucky to hear. The place itself feels very special in atmosphere. Thank you

Second time to visit one of the oldest restaurants in Vienna - well worth the visit! Traditional Viennese food, excellent service, upmarket prices, but worth every cent - spoil yourself!!

We were a large group of 8, who picked this restaurant almost at random when we couldn't get in to 6 others we had tried. This proved to be a good call, as the place was full of character (from the walkway in) and the...More

Great meal at this restaurant with my friend, we shared a schnitzel and a suckling pig. Both were top notch, and the side dishes were lovely too. Nice wine list, great professional service. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Griechenbeisl and sampled their Alt Wiener Erdappfel suppe (Traditional Viennese cream of potato soup) along with their signature Griechenbeisl's Rindsgulasch (beef goulash). The soup was rich, and creamy and is a lovely mix of mushrooms, carrots and potatoes. The...More

A visit to this institution is an experience. This restaurant dates back to the 1400's and you get there through a narrow walkway. Service is excellent and friendly, and the ambiance great. But you're here for the food. Start with the Parmesan soup. You would...More

Just finished up a lovely dinner here! I can personally vouch for the pork loin, cooked to perfection! The service was wonderful, they make you feel very comfortable, like you've been going there forever. We capped off the night with the Sacher torte, which, again...More

There is so much history in this restaurant. Such great service and food was amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by while in Vienna. We got the apple strudel for dessert and it was delicious.
