Service was very good. We were a large group of about 20 adults in town for a winter sporting event - they looked after us very well. Food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Very accommodating.

Visited this restaurant last friday evening as it was next to our hotel. The food was average although Small portions!, however we asked for the bill, which Came to €34, i gave the waiter/manager a €50 Euro note and had to ask for my change...10 mins Later as he obviously assumed he could keep the Change!!! Needless to say no tip for him.More

We turned up without a booking on a Sat night. Their main room was fully booked but the second room had spaces. We were looked after very well. Food was excellent, we loved everything apart from one dish but that just wasnt our favourite. Very...accommodating with kids (special requests, smaller portions, order of service). At the same time it was a nice experience - not a rushed meal with kids. Definitely recommendMore

We were 4. For 2 persons hot meals were served cold, for 1 person meal was served only after all the other already finished their meals. Food itself is nothing special. Not worth to visit.

The place is super nice from food to service to quality and price; we had lunch as a group of 9 people where we all enjoyed every bite; the team over there is amazingly friendly, happy environment and warm welcoming . You can enjoy an...Italian feel in the middle of Innsbruck .. the food is international and you can find all sort of tasty dishes; surely will pass by in my next visit . Highly recommendedMore

We came with a company of 6 people at 21:00 and they were ages to bring food. Innsbruck is a bit of a strange city overall, as the restaurants closes at 23:00. Anyway with 6 people, starters, mains and desserts, that takes more than two...hours, so when we got closer to 23:00 the waiter looked more and more tight up and actually instead of asking for desserts, he gave us the complimentary Limoncello as a "it is time for you to leave" message. They never mentioned at the reservation, that we have to leave at a certain time, so we found it a bit unfriendly. Anyway the food was ok, but absolutely not great. Great wine though.More

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. The room as such is nice, and I went three times without booking and found a table without any trouble (the restaurant was quite empty each time). The last time, the card machine allegedly had some...issue so I had to redo my payment, which resulted in me having paid twice. The restaurant was extremely unhelpful regarding reimbursement, and we had no other choice than go through the card provider to object. If you are looking for a nice and friendly Italian restaurant, I would recommend rather Die Pizzerei. Admittedly, the staff there is mostly Austrian rather than Italian, but much nicer!More

The restaurant was flexible enough to welcome us in spite of the fact that we were 12 people and we arrived at 9:45 pm. The wall, decorated with wine bottles, was nice and we ate mostly well. Thanks God, there was also some beer.
