We went to a one day trip to Krems, and the offer attracted our attention. We were welcomed and served with courtesy, very well advised by the waiter, and we enjoyed the meal. Every detail was simply perfect, from the table cloth through the service...to the size and quality of food.More

We went there for a late lunch. When we arrived we found they were closing in ten minutes. We decided to go somewhere else but a young lady from the staff told us that they are not closed so we are welcome to stay! We...went in, people at two other tables were just checking out. We were served promptly with some wine and the food (local dishes) was really excellent! The staff was nice and friendly despite the fact they were staying overtime just for the two us. Overall, a very nice experience with good food served by very nice people!More

The atmosphere in the courtyard was really nice. The service was really good, the kitchen typically Austrian, good even if I was expecting something special. It's worth to go there even just to enjoy the atmosphere. Right place for a date.

Dropped in for an evening meal last week. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. We shared a table with a lovely German couple which really made the evening.

We dined on the terrace and found it quite charming. I had a burger and fries. They have an extensive menu with regional dishes as well as more international fare. Great beer and wine selection. Near the Steiner Tor.

After a long searching we find this very nice looking restaurant. There was a " million " of people and after quite long time we ( me and my wife) order typical schnitzel and Viena rib eye. It was not so bad because we were...hungry, but also not good enough. Beer Goeser something like bitter water but ... generaly nice place and friendly staff and very good coffee we were quite satisfied.More

The location is perfect, it´s just on the main street and you can´t miss it. To be honest, on Monday late evening this was the first restaurant we´ve found to be opened. Unfortunately, smoking is permitted inside the restaurant....In fact, I´m a smoker, but I...was really glad to finish my dinner to leave the smoky room. The restaurant inside is cute, the service was very nice, they helped us to choose our food. I had a very tasty onion soup, as a main course we´ve had a fish and some beef with onion - both was delicious and the price including two glasses of wine was a little under 50E. I would definitely come back, but in summer to sit in the garden - as I really think smoking in restaurants is outdated habit....More

Given that we were in Krems on a Monday, there are not so many restaurants that are open. So, on the recommendation of our hotel manager, we went here. Service was quick, food tasty, portions large, prices not cheap but not outrageous (50 Euro for...2). All in all, a fine dinner, but fell short of being a memorable experience. No credit cards accepted (ATM down the block!).More
