My girlfriend and I stopped at this location one Saturday morning, it was cheery and relaxing. We both had the home-made sausage rolls, which were excellent. The prices were very reasonable.

I had read an article about this little coffee shop and was looking forward to visiting. The interior is nicely decorated with colourful touches and plenty of seating options. It was quiet when we visited and service was perfunctory. We enjoyed our freshly prepared sandwiches and felt they were good value for money with the quality of ingredients. Reduced opening... More

My mum and I stopped in this cafe on a lark after hiking around the coast and we were instantly impressed with some many things that it's difficult to capture them all in a review. First off, the owners are delightful people who sincerely love their business and put their heart and soul into their food. It's not often that... More

If I lived in Union Hall this would definitely be my daily coffee spot to come to. Had the best cup of coffee so far on my holidays West Cork. We got talking to the adorable couple who own and run this cafe. They were very charming and really took the time to chat and tell us about the area.... More

Enjoyed lunch here with my friend from Sweden. Had seafood chowder which I honestly think might be the best I've ever tasted. It was creamy but very well balanced with a variety of seafood in it. Which is sourced locally from the fish shop in Union Hall. Afterwards I had apple and raisin crumble. This was so good, served hot... More

Visited here yesterday for afternoon coffees after a kayaking trip in Union Hall. Was amazed to Find this gorgeous country cafe in Union Hall village, on our way back to Kinsale where we were staying. The cakes were delish, coffee was excellent (Mahers Fair Trade). Everything is baked in-house every morning. Run by a sweet local couple who are really... More

This place needs a good clean Floor needs to be swept and mopped Skirting boards need to be washed and some touch up paint wouldn't go astray. Lock on bathroom door needs to be fixed Bin was overflowing and there were no paper towels Food was good but marred by the above.

It's a shame that this place is tucked away as the florentines are excellent! My partner and I would actually divert off the main road to come here the cakes and such are so good and, by what we saw, it's a pretty good hit with the locals too. Genuine, good local food and drink. On one occasion, we picked... More

Good food, lovely dining room. Irresistable desserts which in hindsight we should have resisted before going out on a little boat in the North Atlantic!
