Whilst there are many upmarket and fine dining venues around Malta, I have yet to find a place that offers the concept LVB does and executes it so effectively - a personalised culinary journey offering an amazing combination of flavours and textures. The degustation menus...More

Let's be honest... after one eats around the world and in places with 3 Michelin stars to the cozy hole-in-the-wall, it's hard to be surprised when dining out. But LVB was able to provide some pleasant surprises! The menu looks like it changes often, so...More

There are three set menus to choose from, and they change on a weekly basis. The cuisine presents elements of novelty while still maintaining a familiar Mediterranean feel. There’s the “Chef’s recommended 7-course menu”, the “5-course menu”, and the “Vegetarian menu”. Each item on the menu is described briefly, but you’ll need to wait for the dishes themselves to uncover each of their nuances. It’s like knowing the general plot points of an operetta, but being surprised by the unique characteristics of each cast member’s performance. Moreover, each menu features a variety of very different dishes, which makes for an entertaining and diverse culinary trip . Textures range from creamy to firm, and rough to smooth, while different tastes play together in a cleverly orchestrated balance. All is assembled as a delightful work of art, with vibrant colours framed by large white plates for maximum visual appeal. The portions are petite, but as the meal progresses and reaches its conclusion
