We stopped in for only coffee. We received very small cups of not very tasty coffee. Its located in a perfect spot but we wished we'd searched for a better coffee house.

Convenient for the Parliament building, City Hall or Reykjavik Pond. Great service, excellent coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Informal and relaxed environment. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It's a nice cafe with good view of tjornon lake. the building is a historical site from 1897, and it's lovely. Food selection isn't huge but everything was decent.

The locals love it here for good reason. It is a classic venue. Some Airwaves concerts are played there, but also there are celebrations oriented for locals.
