We enjoys two dinners here and found good food, very friendly staff, and (for Iceland) affordable prices. Spaghetti bolognese, lasagna and pizza were very tasty. We'd recommend to all.

we loved the quite little restaurant just a minute away form our hotel, very close to being authentic italian which I do mean as a compliment. Will be back for more :)
We ate dinner one evening at Italia that is located on one of the main shopping street of Reykjavik. The food was very good and service was good as well. As with all restaurants in Iceland, the cost is higher than in the states. We had a mixture of items, pizza, pastas, etc. and everyone liked their dish
My daughter and I stopped here for lunch on our last day in Reykjavik. The pasta was fresh and hot and the sauces so flavourful. I had the ravioli stuffed with mushrooms with mushroom sauce and it was amazing.
Good food coupled with very speedy service. A great atmosphere with attentive staff. Like most of the restaurants in the area, this is quite a small establishment, but it does manage to accommodate a wood fired oven for making fresh pizzas.
Turned up around 5 and seated with no issues. Wasn't busy when we arrived and food was fairly quick to reach us (but not too quick!!).
