We visited for an early evening meal, the prices are extortionate compared to the U.K. However Iceland generally is so you have to try and ignore that. We paid around £70 for a garlic bread, two cokes and two pizzas. This is similar price to other Italians in the city. The food was ok, just about average. Service was a... More

Was here for a family birthday dinner in the evening. About 8 of us, early enough, wasn't too many other people when we arrived. Cute enough little place. Food was good but unfortunately they majorly messed up our orders. In total, four dishes were brought out to is that we hadn't ordered before the correct one arrived. And another which... More

Stumbled on to this place totally by accident and it was amazing! Really cool little spot with amazing service. Pizza's were very good and pasta was cooked to perfection. Pop in for a relaxing, low key ,meal and you'll enjoy it!

Continue to be surprised at the number of "Italian" restaurants in Reykjavik. Horned has a basic menu- pizza, pasta and few specials. It was good, but a little pricey.

I visited Hornid as it was voted one of the top italian restaurants in Reykjavik. The price, as everywhere in Iceland is crazy compared to UK prices but you just have to get over that when you are there. We had garlic bread, a margarita pizza and a carbonara dish with two cokes to drink and paid 7000ISK (about £50)... More

This little Italian restaurant in the centre of Reykjavik is a really good place to eat and reflect on the amazing day spent in this great place.

Menu had a good choice on offer. I opted for the salmon penne, my husband chose the spaghetti carbonara which were both good. We also ordered a bottle of wine with our meal which was very expensive for what it was. So many other places to choose from in Reykjavik I probably wouldn't return.

Food was just ok. With that being said- clearly a local place. Large portions- too large to eat. Think about sharing. Beer on tab was cold.

The restaurant was pleasant even though we were in a joined on dining room which didn't have wifi unlike the main room. The food was quick, fresh and good sized portions and comparable to other restaurants in the region in terms of price. The staff were helpful and it seems fairly well frequented by locals.
