Great service, beautiful lady serving helped me out on my first day when I didn't have change yet, heated my cake when I came in cold from a whale watching trip and was generally lovely. The perfect café for a chill out or warm up! The food was all delicious and coffee and hot chocolate spot on. I made a... More

Popped into Cafe Haiti for a light meal before heading to the Blue Lagoon. The lady behind the counter was lovely, and quickly made us a ham and cheese croissant, as we were running late to catch our bus. The croissant was light and flaky, and was exactly what we needed, but the service was the best part.

Read about this place in my guide book. Quite easy to find once we got to the harbour as it is near to the cinema. We decided to share a piece of carrot cake as they are quite decent portions. Very nice just the outside edge was slightly dry. Coffee very good. £20 for 2 coffee's and a piece of... More

I had noticed this restaurant on trip adviser as doing fab all day breakfasts, so I visited, but decided to have traditional fish stew instead. The portion was generous and delicious, the atmosphere friendly and relaxed.

Lovely spot on the harbor with great coffee and food. Warm and welcoming staff. I was there in Feb after a big snow storm and it was a great place to stop for lunch and warm up.

Had a latte takeaway from this cafe after a whale watching trip. The coffee itself was very good. The barista was very nice as well. The cafe was quite comfy. It is a pity we didn't spend time in it and enjoyed some cake.

We popped into Cafe Haiti when walking around the harbour in Reykjavik. The space is airy and the coffee has a smokiness that made it stand above standard coffee. Worth a visit.

Cafe Haiti is a small cafe by Reykjavik's Old harbor. We buy our coffee from farmers in Haiti. We roast the coffee in the shop and serve quality coffee as espresso, macciato, cappuccino, latte, Arabic and Turkish coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate. Soups, pies and croissants as well as our fumes breast so if you are coming from the flight in the morning the stop and see oss for breakfast and we also have good lunch. We also have food to go if you are going on the whale watching. We have sometime live music so be in touch and hope you are in town when we have live music.
