We had dinner here our first night in Husavik and it was quite good. My husband loved their fish stew (I can't remember if that is what they called it on the menu) though he thought it was pretty spicy. My fish tacos were good...More

The fish soup is a bit spicy, but can warm your body in the cool rainy day. The fish is very tender and with lots of vegetables. Unlike the normal Icelandic food, it is not very salty.

We stayed across the street from this restaurant. Did not have a reservation but they seated us promptly. Service was excellent as was the food. Our favorite was the rhubarb cake! We would definitely recommend a meal here!!

After looking for this restaurant at their previous location by the harbour, we finally realised they had moved into a new cute house about 300 mt away. It has a nice interior, a short menu (which is usually a good sign) of fish and seafood,...More

We ordered a grilled salmon, grilled garlic langoustines, fresh water arctic char and two grilled fishskewers on one plate on our visit. The grilled salmon is amazing! But other dishes are great too! Price is on the average side. Nonetheless, A 10/10!! LOVE IT!!!!

Very cozy & snug place in Husavik. I tried a traditional fish soup with my wife. That was fantastic! If you are in the area nearby it is a must to warm up with this delicious meal. You've got my recommendation:)

We really enjoyed the food in Iceland. The seafood was so fresh and delicious. One of the best seafood dishes we had was the seafood/fish soup at Naustid. We just finished a whale cruise, and the weather was a little chilly. The bowl of soup...More

We were there in August so I am not sure. May seems a good month for visiting the island so I suppose they are, but I recommend to email them directly!

Hello and thank you for the interest :) We don't take reservations as we are such a small place that it has proven difficult for us to reserve and keep tables when we are really busy. But even if the place is full when you... More
