Some very nice Asian food there. Quite different from your ordinary Chinese. I really enjoyed the full-bodied flavours of the food. The service is friendly too. They have an excellent salad buffet included in the meals which bring great value for your money. I recommend.

Have had the tofu and veggies version of their massaman curry several times, and it never disappoints! Big portion size and nice spices in the curry sauce. The only minus is sometimes it's difficult to get service there, the staff just disappears.

Surprisingly high ratings in TA despite the restaurant being run-down and dirty. The location is excellent and very central, but the place in desperate need of renovation and of a through scrubbing. The table and the menu folders were sticky of old grease. The food...then. We were here for supper. There was a free salad buffet for starters. Dull and with an odd mixture of ingredients, some quite far from thai kitchen (e.g. plain green salad, tomato slices, grated carrots, canned tuna, canned pineapple, coleslaw, plus olives and feta cheese). Ordered two different main courses with chicken, both the spiciest on the menu. The rise was well cooked, but the stir fried chilies with paprika, bamboo and basil leaves as well as the respective red curry were disappointing. My wife and I have eaten here several times. She usually has pad thai, and I go with one of the curries. She raves about the pad thai. The curries are good, but they could stand a little more spice. The vegetables are always fresh,...and a typical Finnish salad bar is included in the price of dinner. There's a limited wine and beer list, and a few stronger liquors if you're so inclined. I usually go with a basic Finnish Class III lager, Karhu. Good beer to wash down moderately spicy food with. I recommend it, especially if you're leery of trying Thai food because of its spicy reputation. Prices are the low side of moderate. Two entrees, a beer and a glass of the house wine, and we're right around 40 Euros. And since this is Finland, no tipping. It's small, with limited seating, but we've never had to wait for a table. They also have a luonas (lunch in Finnish) buffet, which we've never tried.More

Had urge today to get some asia food. I found this place and Thailand is one of my favourite Asian countries what comes to food so I hoped this to be good and it really was!! Really good tastes in my 3 course meal which...was only 18e. I had the springrolls, massaman curry (my all time favourite) and fritted banana balls with ice cream :) The stuff were really friendly. I was a bit skeptic to get a proper thai food from Tampere Finland as my previous experience was bad, though, it was +10 years ago. We had a visitor from Thailand and I was a bit nervous to take her there. However I more...than surprised how authentic thai food they are serving, even our thai visitor was satisfied. I highly recommend this place, almost five stars.More

A nice restaurant with friendly welcoming staff and convenient within town. As seems to be common in Finland, not the spiciest curry so probably worth letting the staff know if this is important to you. However, food well presented and very tasty.
