The best waffles!

These waffles are delicious and come in a range of different flavours. Have been visiting since the cafe opened 20+ years ago and never been disappointed. Definitely a must for anyone visiting Tampere.

A local friend showed us this fantastic cafe. We came back more than once and it is absolutely a must visit place in Tampere. Good coffee, fantastic waffles, and service is top notch. My favorite is the wild mushrooms waffles. We will be back next time in Tampere to enjoy this gem.

Delicious waffles

Very cozy place with delicious waffles, they are a bit pricey, but definitely worth trying! I can recommend the one with apples and cinnamon, very good!

Coffee time visit

Coffee and waffles. The sweet and salty combination was recommended and that we tried. Service was nice, waffle was good. Pay a visit!

Charming and lovely!

A friend and colleague of mine has this thing for waffles, and when we were both in Tampere, he wanted to visit this café. He had been there before, and he asked me if I wanted to join him. I saw no reason why not, so we walked there after lunch. If you ask me, the only thing I would have to say against this place is the location, it's not in the very center of Tampere, so unless my friend had known where it was, I probably never would have gone there. The atmosphere in this small café was absolutely lovely, very charming and an old school look to it. But the waffles...wow! I totally loved mine, pretty much as good as home made waffles, or even better. Next time I'm in Tampere, I will definitely revisit this place!

This must be the tiniest restaurant in the world!

Or maybe the tiniest house! Such an adorable little place, we all loved it. Had savoury mushroom waffles for "mains" and sweet waffles for dessert, with hot chocolate and excellent tea. We loved everything! Very friendly service, too.

Arrived in Tampere staying at the Raddison wanted something quick and tasty. Trip advisor struck gold. Service, food, atmosphere really right on. I had the Salomon waffle followed by a Nutella one. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Wow for these waffles

This is a hidden gem. You can gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, salty, sweet and other types of waffles - and they taste great! Great service and I consider the process reasonable too (6-8.5€ each). Great cardamom coffee to try. Good for just the sweet tooth or lunch. I warmly recommend.

Amazing little cafe

We were looking for somewhere in Tampere and saw fantastic reviews for this waffle café. It is fair to say it did not disappoint! Very reasonable price and the owners are so friendly. I’d recommend the Apple Waffle! I will definitely be back if I’m visiting Tampere again. Highly recommend.
