The food in this cafe is really excellent: even the super simple side salad they serve with the quiche is delicious. There are lots of different cakes, sandwiches, and more. The mint brownie is lovely. The service is a little dour at times, but never unkind.

Excellent breakfast, lots of options. You can get everything vegan also, when you inform staff beforehand. Vegan options were very tasty! I do recommend to make a reservation for breakfast since this place is very popular. Service was incredibly kind!

Crowed. Too a sandwich. Hard like a rock, probably from yesterday or before. With it a drank a latte macchiato or it was supposed to be but tasted plain milk foam. Terrace tables poorly cleaned. Pricy place, location nice

Brunch selection is very good, lot of tasty options. As the brunch is usually fully booked it makes the place little too overcrowded and you have to squeeze to get back and forth to your own table.

Very nice chocolate muffin and good coffee for cheap price. Nice peaceful resteurant. This is located in main street in city centre. Recommended!

Called in to Pellas for a late breakfast after arriving on the early train from Turku. We had a lovely cup of Tampere tea, croissants and a pastry. Very reasonable and great service! Highly recommended!

This place is right on a corner and has the best view for watching people. The coffee and service is super ask for Miss Paula she makes a great coffee and ask for a slice of cake too. Enjoy the view

We had a great weekend brunch here. All you can eat, a lot of food to choose from and relaxed place to enjoy your weekend morning in peace. Nothing to complain about the food in brunch buffet. Tasty & fresh. I don't know about the regular menu but the brunch is definitely worth visiting.

Finnish people love drinking coffee, but usually the coffee in the hotels and restaurant are average, at best.
However, Pella's Cafe served the best cappucino in Tampere and the various cakes and cookies are very very delisious.

I went there for breakfast. It was a big surprise, in a good way. There was so much to choose for. Salmonsalad, boiled egs, many different cheese and cold cuts. Fruits. Bread, rice pie. Juices, coffee and tea.
Everthing was so fresh. And the price was appropriate.
I will certainly go back when I will visit Tampere again.

During the 3 days trip in the spring I was looking for a warm and sunny location for a cosy coffe. The strategic corner location provides it together with the well prepeared coffe.
