We decided to order take away with my husband from that place on Friday evening. We have ordered from there before and didn’t have any problems. This time half way home I realised that our food is leaking. I was shocked, everything was covered with...the sauce - my clothes, car seat. I always keep bag with food straight on my lap and couldn’t understand how is that possible. In addition my leg got burned. When arriving home we called that place and told, that apparently they didn’t close neither of our food packages properly and all sauce has leaked. They didn’t believe us, were repeating that they closed it properly. No apologies. They asked if we want more food, but it was late evening, our car as well as my clothes were covered in that sauce, so definitely not that best solution. They agreed to give a gift card, which I went to pick up next day. I had photos and a video of the packages with me as proof, but the girl didn’t care about them at all( weird, as she didn’t believe us during the call), offered me food again. I said that we agreed on a gift card. She gave it to me in the end and guess what - no apologies again! I was shocked. What a great service! Not to mention our food was dry and not tasty, as all sauce has leaked. Surprisingly terrible service, thanks for the ruined evening and dirty car!More
