Dinner with friends on a weekend night. Atmosphere of the restaurant was really warm and welcoming with an open kitchen, darkish lighting and ”stone” walls. We were quickly served with drinks and provided with the menus. We knew this is a place where you are...recommended to share the dishes but after eating we thought that there is no need to emphasize that. Dishes are so small that there is not much point in sharing them. Almost all main ingredients were delicious, but strange garnishing. King prawns were a disappointment, they were mixed in a tasteless gummy sauce. Patatas bravas and the Lebanese bread were excellent. Steamed salmon with fennel deserves a special mentioning also. It took a long time to get the bill. It was quite a large one, 10€ per dish seemed to us a bit on the high side.More

We had reserved table, which was good idea, thebplace was fully booked on a saturday evening. Food was great, new dishes with twist of North African and Mediterranean tastes.

We came to Tampere on a Saturday afternoon and unfortunately most of the restaurants were fully booked or had long queues waiting. We went to Dining 26 and asked, the very friendly waiter asked us to return after 7pm and he would have a better...idea! We were glad we did, and they created a table for us at the corner, and we had a very nice meal. The wait staff (two of them) were very friendly, knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. We opted for our own selection instead of the tasting menu, and most of the dishes were wonderful and my wife selected a bottle of Israeli Pinot Noir (Yarden), which was extremely delicious. ok, finedining tapas restaurant. Goog location, goog food and brilliant staff. Ask before You go, if They have free tables, and make a book.

Initially we thought to have dinner in a more relaxed atmosphere, a bistro or pizzeria perhaps, but ultimately Dining 26 tempted too much. They serve smaller portions (warms and colds) to share, 10 euros each, menus made of those, and they do have few main...courses as well. We opted to have two smaller portions to share for starters and main courses. We had lamb sausages and seabass as starters in a north african style. Very nice, both of them. As main courses my girlfriend had romanesco, almond and labnesh and I had flank steak with pear and garlic. We also shared a portion of patatas bravas. The food was excellent in every way. Wine recommendations seemed to work, cocktails were nice and beer list was short but well thought. Service was relaxed and timely. As a conclusion the price-quality ratio was brilliant. You get a flank steak with same price from an S-group diner, but I can guarantee that you are happier after dining at Dining 26.More

A very pleasant surprise! Even if for myself the tapas culture is well known the concept of Dining26 was brought to an other level. Interesting choice of both warm and cold plates and side dishes in the menu invited us to try innovative and very...tasty plates. We were afraid that at some point there would be a disappointment as it is challenging to keep a high level throughout the dinner, however, the menu kept it promises. Difficult to say which of the plates was my own favorite....if I really need to choose one, or two, I might go for Duck rillette or maybe Beef cheek. Plates are meant to be shared and it is a well working concept. Regarding the environment it is very nice and warm, suitable for a romantic meal or a nice get together with friends or colleagues. Definitely a restaurant to recommend!More

We loved this place. The food was delicious and there were enough options also for vegetarians (instead of the usual pumpkin risotto...). Highly recommended!

This is a nice place for dinner and the food was enjoyable but they will need to do something about the service. The wait for drinks alone is too long, food came some 30 mins later. It also would not hurt for the waitress to...smile once in a while. All in all good food, respectable prices but sadly service a let down.More

The tastes at this place are well-thought and despite the fine-diningish atmosphere, it's a no-frills experience. The staff is nice and relaxed, but perhaps at times a little less relaxed chit-chat would have been enough. Still all in all a nice experience and good value...for its price.More

Group of 8 persons for a dinner. We took the Tasting menu with 5 serves having 9 dishes. One bottle red and one white wine selected by the staff. All 9 dishes were tasting extremely good. I would not have imagined that cauliflower with beetroot...could taste so good ! Wines were fitting wonderfully with the food. Service was professional, quick and friendly. Table, glasses and tools all were clean. Place itself was pleasant to dine at. Will definately dine here again.More

Once again a perfect dinner with my friends who had never dined at this restaurant earlier. I was eager to to go there because my earlier experiences and we all so enjoind our dinner, we had plenty of startes, hot and cold to share. Our...waitress was perfect, she knew all about the dishes and had her suggestiontis and also knew the wines to go too as well. We had plenty to share and loved all.
