Very nice restaurant! The food is really good! I asked snails and the liver. The liver was superb. The price is very convenient. There are concerts.

My husband and I are in Jyväskylä for a month and have been to Sohwi four times. It’s our favorite atmosphere for a simple meal with beer and wine. So far, the stand-out items for us are friendly service, and entrees like garlic chicken (served...with oven browned potatoes in a yummy sauce with whole cloves of garlic!), the mussels (served with toasts and a delicious sauce), and the outstanding hamburger (meat locally sourced and not over cooked). This is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day while eating something delicious!More

Best place in Jyväskylä for vegan food. It's a bar, so it can be a bit loud but still worth visiting even for a food. There is also meat on the menu. You can bring your children too during the day-time.

Good pub food slightly rocker twist. Food is tasty and good value of price. Service is good but sometimes little slow but it is usually due to the fact that the restaurant is almost always full.

This restaurant is popular amongst students but also mid aged people like to visit here. Atmosphere is relaxed casual. Place need perhaps some renovation but works still well. I had green salad as starter and Sohwi-steak as maincourse. Salad was very good. Sirloin Steak with...sweet potato and nice dressing was tasty. Unluckily they do not have tenderloin steaks on menu. Wine recommendation was good for this dish. Desert list is nice but I did not have room for that this time. My friends had snails which were nice garlic tasty. Burgers also are very good here. Wrap which other fiend had was spicy so be ware. I can recommend for casual dining.More

We had dinner with family and all the portions were excellent! Fish of the day was super good! From the street Sohwi looks more like a pub or bar, but anyhow food is worth visiting 😊 I can recommend chicken bearnaise and limeposet

The food has always been good. The prices are not too high and this is a good place for sitting down with friends.
