Lovely restaurant serving excellent quality produce .
It’s was bit of small menu and two
Of the main options were beef , however it was immediately post covid and the steak was mind blowing .
Excellent produce , cooked to perfection with that longed for charred taste of the grill .
The potato’s that came with it were excellent . A garlic emulsion and tomato sauce made it reminiscent of patata bravas , albeit de constructed .
The steak was paired with a stunning wine expertly choose by the staff .
The staff were helpful , knowledgeable and friendly .
I can’t wait to go again and highly recommend anyone to

I had a dinner with my son, who is studying in Jyväskylä.
I have to say that service was professional and delicate. My meal (starter and main course) had great flavours and my son told his stake was just perfect "medium" as he ordered. Suggested wine was like a good marriage with meal.
High recommendation from us.

An amazing experience was had in Figaro. The service was superb, fast and friendly, while leaving space and never feeling rushed. The food was excellent, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The decor and atmosphere just enhanced the overall experience. Will 100% be returning to this establishment.

This is a small restaurant with friendly service. The menu was fairly basic but had most bases covered. The steak was good

This is the place for tapas. The riesling is mind blowing (in case you prefer white wine ovee red like I do). Truly enjoyed my stay, did a solo trip.

I've been here several times, and food and service have been almost every time excellent. The only exception was on the time when I visited Figaro with my spouse, and I felt like they didn't care about us, and we waited for everything. For example, we ordered a bottle of red wine, and after 15 minutes, we reminded the waitress about that. At that time only one other couple was eating, and I guess the waitress was a first-timer or trainee. This was my spouse's first time in here and unfortunately his not that willing to come again.
On other times when I visited Figaro with my clients or coworkers, the service has been excellent and speedy.

My friend and I visited the winebistro. There is also a restaurant next door which is more formal and the wine bistro is more casual. We had a bottle of decent French rosé wine and a Spanish tapas for two plus one dessert we shared. It was tasty food and the service was okay. It wasn’t too attentive but it was okay because we wanted to talk but sometimes we had to stand up and get the waitperson to ask for something. The bill came to 120€ which is a bit expensive for my taste. Ok, we are in Finland and the wine was a good one.

Even though Jyväskylä is not the most interesting city, to say the least, this restaurant was a true gem. I had a goat cheese soup, then salmon, and elderberry desert. Their wines were just superb, and I could not get enough of it. While the city is basically boring, this restaurant made up for a lot of things. I only would like to suggest that they also offer rice, potatoes, or noodles with the meal. The taste of every dish was just superb. The atmosphere was very relaxed, quasi-elegant, but not excessive, and the noise level was perfect for us three to have good conversations. Good and attentive service. Figaro, you made up for a lot lacking in Jyväskylä!
