Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Intimate, lovely atmosphere, good coffee and tea, so good cakes and beautiful garden. Everything served from small coffee or teacups with a coffee pot or tea pot brought to the table. Very personal and different cafe.

Super cozy cafe with a beautiful inside garden. Very frindly staff and delicious pastries. Everything was freshly baked. We took a sandwich and sunkki ( salty munkki). Definetely worth a visit! Would recommend!

Old fashion, antique atmosphere. Pity that almost all the bakery were sold out but we got the last bunny :) Difficult to find but worth of visit!

Beautiful experience at this lovely and super cozy coffee house. Long wait but enjoyable experience. The service is slow and that might be for a reason. You should just admire the surroundings and relax

Maybe it's hard for you to find this place, but it's worthwhile. Lovely old house and sheltered courtyard. Homemade delicacies with a sweet taste I highly recommend a stuffed sandwich called "Sunkki" ;)

Beautiful cafe with a sunny inner yard in the heart of old Loviisa. Everything was freshly baked and super tasty. We tried munkki with cherry jam, sunkki (salty munkki) and blueberry pie. Highly recommended!

Unique surroundings, perfectly slow service, beautiful cakes and sweet buns to go with the fresh cup of coffee. We did not take the salty pastry this time, but they are also fresh and tasty!

Old fashioned cafe in a small garden. I liked especially serving to the tables which is rare nowadays. The coffee and tea is served in old cups and cans. Really nice experience even my capuccino tasted not so good...

A lovely small cafe with helpful staff, toys for kids and awesome buns. Quite tiny inside so baby strollers would be better to leave outside or to inner court.

When you visit this Café in the old town of Loviisa you can feel yourself part of an other era. The Café is situated in a private house, both inside and outside in their garden. Homemade products are served with a personal touch in an...unique surrounding. They are using fresh berries and fruits from the area nearby.More

The place is beautiful from itself, in an old wooden house. All the details are so cute and even the cutlery and the dishes are vintage! The owners are super kind and pleasant! What more?Well, the cakes they serve are absolutely amazing: they really taste as...if they're made by your grandma!!So delicious!!! I not just recommend this place, but I would truly say if you go to Loviisa you can't skip it!!More
