Good choice of pastries. Mozzarella-pesto panini was tasty even though warming it up took quite a long time. Clean, but not very cosy.

Location of this bakery and coffee house/lunch restaurant in Niemi area is partly challenging but is is near for those people who live or work in the northern part of the city of Lahti. Quality of the bread and sweet bakeries is excellent and ofter there is nice offers. I have never been disappointed when visiting there.

Salmon soup was ok, not extremely good. More potatoes than salmon, but the portion size was big enough. Came with dark bread.

Sinuhe is a local bakery in Lahti and in connection with the bakery they also have a self-service breakfast/lunch restaurant. The selection of breads and pastries is large and always baked the same day. The self-service lunch is popular among surrounding companies' employees as the bread and salads are fresh, the food tasty and the price reasonable. Lokated a bit far from city centre, but if you have a car, visit this restaurant (only open during daytime) and you will get good value for your money.

Great for Breakfast or coffee, and the freshest baked breads and croissants. A bit remote but well worth a visit.
