Nice lively atmosphere with a huge selection of beer from around the world. The selection of Finnish beer was especially the reason we chose this place (as well as being 10 minutes walk from our hotel) and they did not disappoint. There is a Beer Plank option which allows you to choose upto 6 of the Finnish Beers on offer.... More

This pub offers a large choice of beers (locales and a lot of belgian one) You can eat some snacks. They are OK but not very copious.

Kaisla has a superb location that makes it very popular. The place is huge but still often totally crowded. The beer assortment is quite good, both what comes to draught beer and beer in bottle. Maybe not so many IPAs in draught though. One big minus: the beerhere is expensive here. I counted that the pint price for a local... More

I wanted to try some proper local beers during my trip to Helsinki, so my Finnish friends brought me here to have a few drinks and it was excellent! The menu was extraordinary, the selection was beyond, the service was great and the atmosphere was spot on for a place like this. I highly recommend having a drink here!

This beer hall seems to be an institution for beer lovers in Helsinki. Very busy on Fridays and Saturdays. Good for afterwork beers during the week. Wide selection on tap. Even rare Belgian specialities like Westvleteren 12 appear on the menu. Typical beerhall interior. Very attentive service.

I was on a pub crawl at my last visit to Helsinki and jump into this pub. It seemed to be very popular. It was crowded already an early Wednesday evening. I asked the female bartender for a special beer and she recommended a “salty caramel stout”. Very special indeed, but I didn’t like it, too salty. Nice atmosphere. Friendly... More

An excellent stop-over any day and night. If you are looking for a good pint, or any size of beer downtown, this is the place for you. Very good selection of local+international craft beers. Fast service with no extra questions nor small talk by the employees.

To end a day walking and exploring Helsinki, we ended up in Kaisla for some local beer. The atmosphere is vibrant without being to noisy. The bartenders where able to do great recommendations fitting our described taste.
