Perfect indian/nepalese dinner with family at this unassuming restaurant in Helsinki centre! My Mismas Thali was delicious, and the family reported simular experiences. It was all topped by a very good Mango Lassi, all served by an attentive waiter with goid humor.

We would like to try something different from Finnish cuisine. We tried this restaurant. Polite service, various options from meat, fish and vegetarian. They are also prepared for gluten allergies and they suggested some options gluten-free. A reasonable price (50€) for two main courses, one...side dish and a large beer. I would recommend it.More

Hidden away in a nice and easily accessible part of Helsinki. Not a fancy set-up, but wonderfully delicious tastes! Chose three chillies strength - it was nice and spicy as desired (more than European spicy) - but not in a manner that drowned the wonderful...tastes of the dish. Beautiful balance. What a wonderful restaurant in a residential area where we enjoyed warm service and a wonderful meal of naan, veggie samosas and aloo gobi. We finished everything and would eat there often if we lived there. Make a reservation and treat yourself to some delicious...dining for a great value.More

Food is really good, portions solid. The one star away is for smoking personnel when. They go out for smokes during serving and whole restaurant smells cigarets when coming back, that include serving customers. Given food quality I would go back.

Absolutely delicious Nepalese food in Helsinki! Stopped here for lunch while visiting the city and was pleasantly surprised! Excellent food and service. The ambiance in the restaurant is very relaxing and laid back. The interior is decorated beautifully with Indian and Nepalese decorations and fit out. The Palak Paneer (Spinach with cottage cheese) which we ordered came with 2 slices of tandoori bread...which was baked to perfection. Restaurant is located in a pretty street which which is quiet. Probably one of the best Nepalese restaurant in Helsinki. If you wanna have Nepalese food then chose Everest or Annapurna in Punavuori - those are the best ones.

It was the first time we tested food from this region. The taste reminded me of the local food in small towns in central India. I appreciated that the restaurant seemed to serve traditional dishes from Nepal. I can recommend a walk in the Katajanokka...district when you are in Helsinki. There are interesting Art Nouveau quarters near the restaurant. Many of the houses have ornate facades and I think they are worth seeing.More
