I travel to Helsinki a couple a times a year, and I have visited many restaurants in the inner city. We came nu the restaurant by coincidence and decided to have an evening meal here. Starter was different cuts with trimmings, I was a bit boring - not too much taste in the meat. Bread was basic wheat bread, I had hoped for more rough bread. Fish of the day, the fish was great, beetroot also quite nice. The rest was basic, but with plenty of butter. Panacotta was the peak, just amazing!!! Friendly and quiet atmosphere, pleasant service. Good wine selection! I could go again, but maybe not! There are nice alternatives next door!

Last saturday we ate a'la carte dinner in Rodolfo. We asked the waiter what was days special and he recommended antipasto and fish for main dish. Antipasto was good and raised apetite but fish was a disappointment. It was flooded with oil and butter and beluga lentils were floating in oil. Not a meal for today but perhaps in seventies it was allrigt.

Service was poor. Took 30 min just to receive menu’s…after 45 min of waiting waitress finally approached us and we placed our order. Took 60 min for first drinks and 90min for the 1st course. Simply worst service i have ever had in Helsinki..

A trip to Italy in every bite!

The bread was really fresh and soft. The fish just melted in my mouth and the sauce was a beautiful experience in Italy. Don't forget to ask for the Tiramisu, because will gave you a really pleasant and sweet end at the moment to say goodbye.

Rodolfo is a great restaurant with a cozy interior. It is situated in a characteristic area of Helsinki. The food is really delicious and the staff super friendly. I can highly recommend this restaurant!

If you enjoy Italian pasta you'll enjoy this smallish restaurant as well. Don't be afraid of the old fashioned interior but step inside.

I went to Rodolfo for an early evening dinner and was blown away by the absolutely amazing food. The pike perch I had was probably the best fish I had in Helskinki. Highly recommended!

Today I had a dinner in the oldest Italian restaurant of Helsinki with my family. We had a lovely time. The food en service was very good and tastefull. I can recommand it to everybody. The menu is varied so it’s difficult to choose. I had pike perch and it was juicy and baked just right. I enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful evening in Rodolfo. Perfect classical italian food, as it’s supposed to be. Pizza is very good and pasta’s are delicious. We had pesto and funghi porcini, both are perfect! Also nice beer and wine, and wonderful chocolate brownie desert.

Visited with husband and his parents. We all took the 4-dish menu, which was absolutely delicious! Friendly and fast service and a nice atmosphere. Recommended.
