A bit far from the regular routes, but if you are in the area this place offers very good value for money.
Had a great buffet lunch here today. Price includes salad, soup, main course and coffee/tee + dessert. Not sure if dessert is offered...everyday. Salad table was quite basic, but I enjoyed it very much. Salmon soup was tasty and it had lots of fish in it. Main course was pork snitchel with mashed potatoes or rice with mushroom sause. As it was in buffet the snitchel is never at its best, but it wasn't dry at all. Also very tasty potatoes. Coffee was a bit bitter, but I use milk anyway. :)
Staff were very cute and friendly, which is always a big plus.More
Had a Pizza Pollo there today. Nice looking pizza, price ok 15 euros. But I just can not understand why so much salt and where the salt actually comes from.. had to drink 1,5 litres water after eating the pizza and still feel thirsty. This...is junk food even if it had some green leaves over the pizza, not healthy!More
We had a lunch in 6 people (4 adults & 2 children) and we spent more or less 20€/person (1 dish and 1 drink for each child, 1 dish and 2 alcoholic drinks for each adult): quite convenient!
I had reindeer stewed and my friend...hot hamburger and small fried fishes (very good)More
We've been here for dinner. Even if it's really big place it has a nice atmosphere. I choose the reindeer stew and really liked it. Service was good, prices are okay, but drinks are expensive. Vegetarian options are rare.
Weeruska is an institution and we love to be part of its ongoing tradition. Basic sturdy food, no fuss. Just what you need after a night out.
The forest mushroom sauce with a schnitzel is a must (Metsästäjänleipä). Add a couple of beers to that...and you are set to go for another night out ;)More
