Skiffer is the best pizza restaurant which I know. Perfect Pizzas and very beautiful island landscapes. I recommend this place if you want tasteful pizza.

Large pizzas with different toppings than usual, worth the visit! We get there by boat, and can even order it to take and eat in the boat if wished.

This is a island restaurant just in front of Merisatama. Offers delicious pizzas and salads. You can arrive with your own boat or take the small ferry to go over. A small hint, the ferry costs 6 euros but if you take the nearby Uunisaari...ferry it’s only 2 euros, you just have to walk few hundred meters. A minus for not having any gluten free pizzas.More

Been there twice, love the short (very short) boat trip, pizzas and the sunshine over there. Charge for the boat (6€ per person) is a salty one, especially if you want to bring the whole family for the lunch/dinner.

We visited the restaurant on a tuesday afternoon and there were about five other customers at that time, not very busy. Noboby welcomed or asked us anything. There were three or four waiters just talking with each other and paid no attension to customers. We...got our order done at the cashier, pizzas came quite fast and were good. When the waiter brougth the pizzas I asked for water. First he was not listening at all and the second time he just said quite unfriendly way to go to the cashier to get it. The food is good, the place is nice by the sea but the service is terribly poor.More

If you are looking for a special location and a relaxing restaurant experience, this is the place to go. But be aware that there are only seats outside, on a pier. Therefore weather conditions need to be checked in advance. Nice, a bit exotic pizzas...which are called "liuske's".More

At the end it's pizza, quite good pizza. Some pizzas have just too many things stuffed in. The options are quite ok, but there are not that many at the end. With the boat trip to the island, it's not cheap eat for what you...get. Service worked ok, I guess becasue we were one of the first to arrive, and we got also a table in the shade.More

To get to the restaurant, you need to take a ferry that costs 6 eur round-trip (or you have to have your own boat..). I think this was a bit overpriced as the boat trip is about 100 m and takes a minute. But once...you get to the restaurant, this small issue will be forgotten as you get to enjoy the amazing terrace and nice views. I would recommend eating the pizza or Liuska as they call it. The fillings are more innovative than in a normal pizza place. My favourites are Soignon with strawberries and goat cheese, and Surf & Turf with chorizo and shrimps. We got the pizzas extremely fast and they tasted great. Drink selection is also good and we enjoyed some cocktails for dessert also. All in all a great please to spend a summer day/evening. Wouldn't recommend when it's raining :)More

I really love the pizza they make at skiffer BUT we waited for more than an hour (they said it would MAX take an hour), when we asked about our pizzas they didn’t answer and were unfortunately very rude. You cannot get tap water so...you have to pay and it’s just not nature friendly. AND the boat over is 6 euros PER PERSON. All in all a bad experience, again.More
