This was my first time eating Georgian food and boy what a pleasure it was. The waiters were super friendly and taught us the basics of Georgian culture and their cuisine. It was fun to learn and enjoy great food at the same time. After dinner we stayed for drinks. They have open mic's (wednesday) and house duo playing (friday) so next time we have to stop by when they have live music.

This is the perfect place to have dinner if you appreciate really tasty food and a beautiful environment as well as very personal service. We shared some delicious dishes accompanied by delightful Georgian wine. We have visited some other Georgian restaurants in Europe, but this is so far the best. Highly recommended.

The service is fantastic. Our waiter, Tedo, gave us the history of Georgian cuisine and was very passionate about Georgian food. His recommendations were incredible. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I am still dreaming of the khinkali and khachapuri. I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Helsinki.

So delicious! We had a bunch of small and medium sized plates, the vegetarian stew, chicken smetana, cheese bread. It was amazing. Top quality. Even though it was all delicious the vegetarian stew was the winner for all of us! I’d travel back to Helsinki for it!

The food was good, cheese bread in particular. The main course is a bit heavy, so next time I would rather share or pick a starter.
The interior is very nice. Since it is located in an old building, the ceilings are high and there is some echo.

Oh my gosh .. 🤤
I had the grilled chicken with a Georgian salad. The chicken was so succulent with the perfect amount of char to it. Just .. amazing. I was so good, that I completely forgot to take pictures. 🙈
The atmosphere is really warm and welcoming too. I'll definitely be eating here again!

The wife and I were looking for a different place to eat and this came up on Trip Advisor. It was the cheese bread the sold us. The cheese bread was indeed very good as was the cucumber tomato salad. Get the salad with the walnut paste, do good. The star of the meal was the dumplings. These are fantastic!! Even better than the food was the service. Do
not miss this place when in Helsinki.

Me and my friends went on opening day, music was played by Georgian couple and they let us also sing, they had open mic after gig. Drinks and food is delicious , Georgian food is perfect as always. the atmosphere was fantastic and we felt like home 💜 thanks, will be back definitely.

We came with my friend and from the first time we love the interier of place. So beautiful inside and feel that you are really elegant restaurant. And the food is really good,service was wonderful, so I think this is the best Georgian food what I eat in Finland 😍💯🍲🇬🇪. I highly recommend this place 💯😎👌

Great food, and extremely friendly staff!
Good place for families with kids, offering kids boardgames and colouring books to keep them occupied.

My friends and I loved the concept of Lia Bar so much! It is a very new bar in the heart of the city center. First, we had dinner in the restaurant part and then went to the bar section for some drinks and an open mic. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is elegant, and the service is very friendly.

What can I say?! Literally the best chicken and sausages I can remember eating! Amazing service and great music completed a truly wonderful experience. I can't recommend it enough. Also, very reasonable prices. You must go!

Excellent service and food- great friendly staff and very down to earth! The mid century modern decor is a an added plus! We lucked out by stopping by on open mic night and had AMAZING entertainment. We will definitely be back!

A gorgeous restaurant-bar right in the city centre. Excellent cocktails and delicious Georgian food, all served by the lovely staff. A cool Georgian duo entertained us through the evening. We will definitely come back!

New restaurant-bar Lia is brilliant! New bar concept was great. Me and my friends had excellent cocktails and heavenly Georgian snacks. So good! The atmosphere was cozy and the restaurant sophisticated and beautiful! Thank you for your kind service! We also loved your live music.
