The first Scandinavian style smoothie and sandwich bar in the world. We make healthy smoothies, smoothie bowls, health shots, vegan sandwiches and overnight oats using Nordic superfood, berries and oats. You can grab the berrylicious snacks to go or enjoy them in our cute bar situated in the heart of Helsinki. We also serve coffee made by a small local roastery.

Healthy, tasty Finnish berries!
I had sea buckthorn and ginger shot and smoothie with gooseberry, spinach, ginger, avocado, apple, cucumber! Perfect!
Berry bowls, and sandwiches they have also also. Love this place! Lovey to have ore healthy options as snacks! My new favorite place in Helsinki. :)

The variety of berries, bowl meals, smoothies, and sandiwches - each one makes your body feel like it wants more, and feels nourished.
The berries are so fresh and abundant in the smoothies and bowls - havent enjoyed berries so much anywhere else!
Everything is wholesome and feels like an indulgence. Staff is courteous.

Delicious sandwiches, amazing overnight oat - and much more, check the website! Or better: Go there!
I guess it is the healthiest breakfast you can get in Helsinki!
Visited during my cycling tour around baltic sea, as recommended by my colleagues as vegan restaurant in Helsinki.

Bärbar makes supertasty bowls, smoothies and sandwiches. This is absolutely my favorite lunch and breakfast place in Helsinki. Good service always with smile. Defitnetly worth to try finnish berriers in best way 👌

I have many allergies on top of being vegan, so I may be very picky with my food. The staff was great, they helped me find the right options for me and replacing some of the ingredients was not a problem. The smoothie bowl was delicious and the smoothie refreshing. Will come again and would recommend.

The smoothies and smoothie bowls are the best I’ve ever had. And it makes me happy that all the berries come from Finland - local food!! Try out the ’One more straw’ and ’Double oats sandwich’. You’ll love this place.

Best damn smoothies in town! I recommend to try Bärbar's bowls , especially "caramel dream" was super delicious and also kept me full för a looong time :)
Big up to Bärbar for using mainly finnish ingredients in their products.

Nice place with fresh and very tasty smoothies! The overnight oats are supergood! Big plus for being a toddlerfriendly place when you are on the move with a pram.

Excellent place to enjoy nordic superfood. Truly Finnish ingredients. Try Blueberry Pie smoothie, my favorite 💙 super friendly staff. This is the best new thing in Helsinki in a long while
