I have visited Skiffer Viiskulma restaurant with my family. The restaurant has good atmosphere, clean and @ easy location. The menu is clear, most of the items in the menu are pizzas. I have ordered beers and pizzas from a waitress. After waiting 10 minutes,...I did not received the drinks. I was suspicious about the situation and called a random waitress and told her that our drinks order has not been delivered like 10 minutes. Then the waitress told me that the waitress who took our orders are making coffees for another customer. Even the rest of the staff was free, the tables in the restaurants were 25% full, the others waiters cannot serve as they have strict rules about this. I have waited another five minutes, there was nothing happening. The waiters were hanging freely in the area, but they were not able to serve my table. This kind of customer management is the strangest I have ever experienced! When they did not serve me a drink like 20 minutes overall, I left the restaurant with my family. The restaurant has serious customer service and management issues. The customer service I had was a clear joke.More

Nicely located in Viiskulma Very good place to get extraordinary pizzas. very tasty. Also service polite and good.

Good food (gourmet pizza), nice waitress (all smiles and took her time to chat with us) and great beers. What more do you need?!

Interesting and delicious pizzas (even if we didn't realize it was a pizza restaurant and thought we were ordering main courses instead!), good service, kid-friendly and comfortable for a 3-generational family dinner. The staff made us feel welcome and were knowledgeable about the wine list....Would recommend for couples, groups and families.More

I can’t think of anything that was not good about this place. The food was tasteful, the service was (not exceptional) but nothing to complain about and the bar was comfortable.

Restaurant is very nice and comfy. Pizzas are always tasty and terrace is awesome in summer. Salads are also good and big.
