Restaurant Futo is located in Niitty shopping center / metro station in Niittykumpu. The sushi and warm Chinese buffet is tasty and worth the money. The restaurant is new, pretty and clean. Polite staff. The buffet per one person cost 14.50 €. Would I visit again? Yes, definitely.

The food was dried up even though we visited in the middle of lunch service. All the food was incredibly salty and flavored mostly with natrium glutamate which tasted through all the dishes. And unfortunately the quality of the salmon in the sushi buffet part was super greasy. So not a success for us at all, unfortunately. The second star was for coffee service that’s included in the buffer and for a selection of salads. Feels like the restarant is trying to maximize the profit of lunch service by pushing the quality of the food down and by serving all the dried up food before serving fresh food.

I order my luch from here 4-5 days a week and it never disappoints. Their selection for different rice + meat combos are extensive. Especially my go to ”Chicken with nuts” is super good and the portions are large enough for bulking, while the macros are also fine.
They are also very fast, an order does to take more than 10 minutes.
They also have a buffet on site with sushi etc, but the prices are lower for take away.

Great food during lunchtime. This is my go to place for sushi and asian food here in Espoo. Compared to price range the quality is great.

This is maybe one of the worst experience eating in Finland. I had worse experience on service, but this must be the worst from taste. Sushi is not fresh, Chinese warm dishes are really greasy and salty.
Maybe I was just bad luck. Giving 2 out of 5 is only because the environment is pretty quiet and I can still enjoy my own time.

Raw fish tossed in with salad and fruit. Sticky surfaces everywhere and old stains. Unclean and lacking in basic cooking hygiene. Most products on display are frozen foods. Whoever runs the buffet needs to renew the hygieniapassi.
