The food was delicious. The setting of the dish on the plate looked nice. The athmosphere inside was nice and cozy. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here with my spouse. Great food. The reindeer mest was perfect. The service wasn’t that good but easy to overcome. We also ordered starters which tasted superb. Not overpriced at all since we ordered rare speciments off the menu. Nice staff and good food....But not as good as at home.More

Came across this one while taking a stroll, it had lot of locals visiting hence went ahead to try. Was worth it, has selective options however food is really good.

Took my Indian friend for a dinner. He tried beetroot black bean dish. He was happy with it after having eaten beaked potatoes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week. My duck was excellent. A bit noisy place.

We first came to this restaurant about 8 years ago and we enjoyed it very much. For some reason we had not come back since but we decided it was time to visit again. It was Saturday night around 7.30 pm but the place was...very quiet - and soon my wife and I were almost alone and so the ambiance was quiet and cold. The waitress was efficient and served well but with no pleasantries exchanged it was hard to converse (my wife is Finnish so it was not a language issue). The food came quite quickly, the starter was soup cappuccino which was very good and we enjoyed it - but as it came in a cup it felt like something you might have outdoors. The main meal of lamb was excellent and the dark sauce was lovely. The dessert was ice cream in a glass with carrot shavings - which was really bizarre. The chewing of carrot was not pleasant and it simply did not work. So in summary - good food in general and reasonably inexpensive but lacking in presentation,atmosphere and choice (only 3 options available). It was all too clinical and cold for my liking. It needs something to make it more cosy and welcoming and then maybe they would get more visitors on a Saturday night.More

Menu was great and my vegetarian partner was more than satisfied for her starter and main. My starter roquefort escargots with garlic was a top-notch. Seasonal fresh ingridients from start to finish.

Really enjoyed dinner at Hella. It’s a small place with a casual foodie vibe. Service was excellent. The 10 Year Anniversary menu was very good, especially the Jerusalem Artichoke soup. Our group also enjoyed the salmon and reindeer steak.

For a business trip I had dinner with my colleagues here. As foreigners we wanted to eat reindeer. We started with a complimentary platter with bread. Oh no.... we were charged for this.. and not a small amount... The reindeer was really great. Also the...wine that was served was of a great quality. Ate supper here on NY eve. Made reservation for 19:00 via email about 3 days in advance. Restaurant about half full when we arrived, more people arrived at 20:00. Walk in got turned away so glad we chose an earlier time/made reservation. Good service. Both...had mushroom soup to start, was v good (besides milk froth on top, which I removed) and small piece of lingonberry bread a nice and tasty touch. Re mains, had reindeer, b/f had serloin steak. Both dishes v good, meat tender. Was however surprised that "deep fried potatoes" with sirloin were just chips, would have been disappointed esp at that price but b/f not bothered, they were nice. Otherwise vegs and sauces lovely. Mains €30 +/-. Had a nice drink with meal - cloudberry, lingonberry and vodka. Also had lovely dessert, small chocolate cake with scoop of blackcurrant ice cream and some fresh blueberries and strawberry. Good choice for regional dishes.More

Reindeer meat was excellent as well as the suggested glass of red wine. Place is small so reservation is suggested.
