Friendly apres ski atmosphere. We had dinner and beers here three nights. Welcomed by the staff straight from the slopes and clearly a favourite of the ski instructors who were there most days. Food was lovely with good sized portions with good choice given that this is primarily a a bar.

Stopped off here 3x during my week's holiday. Why? because the soup was different every day and each was delicious. Could go back to replenish the bowl too. Served with delicious bread. Coffee was tasty and the hot chocolate with all the trimmings was like a dessert itself.
Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Lovely quirky bar. The food was delicious too, even though the menu is small but still had great variety. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a chilled evening.

This is a great bar for people without kids. Although welcoming and family friendly, the music contained a lot of swearing and racist language which my two English speaking children were shocked at.
The food is nice. But we ordered a pea soup expecting it to be vegetarian and it had ham in it. Not listed on menu as an ingredient.
Staff not very aware of allergen information.
Large range of drinks.

great coffee shop in the center of Ruka. cozy furnishings and friendly service. they also have delicious fresh donuts to go with your coffee. great place for a day of skiing or before hitting the slopes. unfortunately only open at 11am.

Last visited during Christmas week 2024. Food was amazing as always, staff always friendly and welcoming. Even happy to adapt dishes to suit fussy teenagers!
Great place to drink and play games with friends and family.

Started off with a hot mojito which was nice straight after skiing. Decided to stay for food and where not disappointed. Menu is small but the two meals we chose were both delicious. Quality and quality. Would give it 5 stars as a ‘restaurant’ if there was more choice on the menu, but it’s something in between a bar and restaurant.

Stumbled across this great little bar while staying in Ruka. Really cool place with great staff and outstanding food. We only drank beer, but watched others having fresh and delicious looking cocktails.

Central location, funky decor, good selection of drinks, ever made my wife a cocktail that was not on the menu! Small selection of food, reasonable priced, but excellent, especially the smoked reindeer pasta carbonara!!

This is "the" place to eat, drink (coffee or beer or ginger) and have lovely conversations with awesome personnel and other guests. My definite favorite at Ruka. And the food is so good!
