I was lucky enough to be invited here by my hosts, during my visit to Kuopio. The evening was exceptional with fine food and fine wine served by knowledgable and friendly staff. The staff was very friendly and made the effort to explain everything in English. The food was exquisit and the venue is charming. For my birthday, they had no problem preparing something extra. Wines were chosen perfectly in combination with the dishes.

We ate here before christmas. Menu included all kind of local tastes. Everything was well matched with wine selection. Service was excellent! Real fine dine experience with rich tastes. Restaurant itself had great atmosphere.

The high expectations were not fully met except for drink menu. We chose non-alcoholic option that was tasteful and provided very interesting flavours. I sent some feedback afterwards about the service and the restaurant immediately contacted me. They really wanted to develop their service and...were willing to listen customers. This made me feel that Musta Lammas is a true high-end restaurant that serves not only exceptional dishes but also good service with a local twist. But even the best ones fail sometines and this time that happened for us. And it wasn't so expensive as I thought.More

Restaurang with nice athmosphere. Meat dish was ok with a great bearnaise. The highlight was the Honey Cake dessert. Best ever!!
