Beatiful place with really bad service experience. Empty salate plate left on the table for very long time and main course was even more delayed. The restaurant is trying to manage buffet offering with menu offering and obviously this is too much for the kitchen staff. A typical terrace bar which is trying to also manage food and beverage services. Main course tasted good and traditional. Service staff is very kind and service minded, but concept is just too complex. Better place for trinking than eating.

Such a beautiful location! Unfortunately, very poor customer service. Tables were full of dirty glasses and old food for hours. Seagulls were fighting over them and customers had to chaise them away. The waitresses didn’t do anything. Food was good but overpriced and took longer than we were told. When we asked about it we received a very nasty response.

Late lunch with friends

Late lunch with friends on a late Sunday afternoon outside. We started with drinks but after seeing the dishes served we decided to have food aswell. We ordered the house burgers. Service was good ans we waited only 20min. But we got to enjoy the music in the park nearby. Definitely a place to visit with friends if you are not in a hurry

Disappointed, as always in S chain restaurants

It took very long time to prepare our muikkus, they were burned (smelled and tasted burned), and maybe fried twice because they were so dry that they were difficult to cut with a table knife. Definitely not worth 18 euros. We gave feedback and got some discount, but we ate only because we were so hungry. Very sad that good raw material and easy dish were such disappointment.

Nice food at the harbour

We liked the environment , nice view at the harbour. We had a set menu of fish. The starter with salmon ,cream and blini was nice. We had to wait for 1 hour for the main course, because there was a group, the told us, actually we waited 80 minutes. But also the main course, with the perch was good. I asked to change the dessert with the set menu for the meat. That was only possible when I paid €3 extra, so be it. But was that neccesary? I doubt that

Awful food

Maybe the worst salmon with asparagus I have had. They were totally over dried and dry, under judgement. It was same with carrot-potato roast. Arriving restaraurant it took really long time before one of four waitress standing behind counter somehow paid attention to us ,long way to train terrace staff.

So slow

The service was extremely slow. I was hoping that waitress told us how long it would take to get food or even first drink. Food was quite good though but not worth to wait so long

Hm, not going again soon.

Waited first 30mins for the waitress to come and take the order and then 1h10mins to get the food. The service was friendly but they had No idea of how to do things. Surrounding gives More than the service does. Food was ok, although both of us felt that the food had been under the heater for quite awhile!

The fishboat

The fishboat is great. Every summer I have to eat fishmeal from the boat. You find all kinds of fish, specially those popular in Savo.

Good food with nice view

Travelling with boyfriend. Both had exellent fish dishes, mine was the best i've had for long time. Nice place and view also. We will definitely be back!

Tasty food, sumptious portions

This place boasts with its Fish boat buffet, which is tasty but nothing extraordinary. Atmosphere is a bit dull and there is a lack of "old feeling" even though the place calls itself The Old Harbour. Main courses are tasty and portions are big.

Basic dinner, fish boat was good though

We wanted to go out together with my husband to have dinner together. He did order a burger which he was able to have without gluten. This was already good thing. I felt a bit sorry for him, because he didn't enjoy this burger very much - basic and bulk were his words for it. I was more happy with so called fish boat - more or less a fish buffet with fresh salads and few good sauces. All the fish I tasted was also very good and fresh, very enjoyable indeed.

It's a nice place right at the harbor. Great food is served and the service is nice and efficient. I can only recommend.
