Really liked Sjöbaren - it's a small place with a relaxed atmosphere that serves up really nice food. Unfortunately the seafood was not available at our visit due to the long weekend, but the other fish dishes made up for it. A quick rundown of...More

This small fish restaurant serves excellent fresh sea food. Friendly staff. We had their special fish gratin and it was very good.

We had a big group - more then 20, and we all say comfortably enough. I had the salmon which was very good! Recommended. For starters we had assorted dishes and some bread, that got the appetite going. Specifically the sardines

This is one of the classics really. Their fish soup is well made with right-of-the-hook fresh fish. It is an amazing dish, especially considering the modest price. Service as expected in Gothenburg.
