The atmosphere is that of a food court stall; very sterile. They had no beer, no Coke and no Pepsi. They had no hamachi and their had no eel rolls, although they did have eel for a nigiri - of course, the salmon was good, but who does not have good salmon in Stockholm - I was disappointed and will... Perfectly fresh fish. Especially the salmon and tuna tasted great. Affordable. Good for a quick lunch while on the go. I wouldnt go here for dinner though because it is not very cosy.

Wonderful, delicious sushi at a very reasonable price!! Service was very friendly and the decor in the restaurant was pretty cool. I ate here a few times during my stay in Stockholm and wish I could eat there again!

Really impressed with this place. We went mainly because it was close to our hotel. I was impressed with the food first and foremost - it is all made to order unlike most the sushi places at home. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable. I think we paid 110SEK for fifteen pieces (ten nigiri and five maki) and 55SEK for... More

The title says it all. This is our favourite place for take away sushi. Sitting in is quite ok as well but don't expect too much atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and the food not too pricey. Our favourite: the family sushi with 30 pieces or 50 pieces if we are really hungry.

Good and large sushi dishes, but I didn't enjoy the bento.

Staying in Mariatorget

Neighbourhood Profile
This rather quiet neighborhood revolves around a postcard-like park with a dramatic fountain in its center and is definitely one of Stockholm’s showcase neighborhoods. Mariatorget, a central residential area, is the best Stockholm has to offer when it comes to juxtaposing architectural masterpieces with sophisticated art galleries, coffee shops and bars. Stockholmers love to spend their weekends in the park or one of the nearby coffee shops, so come to Mariatorget to meet the locals. The northern part of Mariatorget boasts historic buildings, beautiful cobblestone streets, and one of Stockholm’s best observation decks, Monteliusvägen, from where you can see an amazing view of the city hall and Stockholm’s old town.
