We stopped here for a late lunch, we had a stuffed potato with shrimps and a veg lasagna, both were very good. The owner is really kind, and the place is really nice. If we come back to Stockholm I'll try one of their amazing-looking...cakes.More

Visited the cafe several times during the visit as it was not crowded and the offered cakes were really good. Perfect place to take a break from exploring the city. Can really reccomend the kladdkaka cake.

Went here to espace the rain, the location is excellent, at least if you are using Gamla Stan metro station. Really cosy place. Had mozzarella-pesto sandwich which was huge (the price was 75 kr tho) and nutella cake with a filtered coffee and a latte...(around 200 kr all of them together). They were good and tasty, I will maybe visit again later. However, it would be more this day not to charge extra for vegan coffee milk.More

I read in one guidebook that coffee has religion status in Sweden. If it’s true this cafe is a place of worship for sure. Besides great coffee they also offer fresh, delicious sweet buns and variety of sandwiches. Prices are reasonable taking into consideration location,...quality and Stockholm’s standards.More

We arrived into Stockholm early morning, walked around and found this little gem of a cafe. The coffee is fantastic, food amazing, awesome selection. The staff are super friendly. This place has free WiFi, and if you’re not careful could easily spend a few hours....You could leave this cafe well satisfied, and if not careful with a little extra weight from the cuisine. A very welcoming introduction to Stockholm and only 15 minutes walk from the city. Definitely worth a stop, even if only for a coffee and a chat with the staff.More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
