Our concierge at The Mayfair Hotel told us this is a must and it was. What a fun place. The staff (Tom Oliver)are just wonderful and friendly. They practically kneel at your table to help to explain the culinary delights you are about to enjoy. They love their chef,Andreas, who is center stage in the open, observation kitchen. Ben explained why... More

This place is for the people that like to be amazed with food that you never make at home or get in the local pizza place ;) Make reservations or it will be hard to get any food there, they have a nice garden for some drinks in the bar and some simple dishes but the real food is table... More

Nice atmosphere and really good food. The decoration is really curious. We came here thanks to a recommendation in Copenhagen.

We really liked the food and the atmosphere there, however it was a bit pricey. On Thursday evening it was full so I suggest to book a table in advance. We didn't have a table booked so we had to finish our dinner by 9pm. The food was delicious. They have small portions, you have to order more plates. The... More

I really liked the interior which is why I made my sister go in :-) It's got a really nice cosy vibe. Busy but not too busy, the idea of sharing dishes and having a few different things felt great. Had a non-alcoholic cocktail and that was great. Very good cold cut platter too. We had a nice time!

We ordered a table on a thursday night. Glad to have preordered, it was really crowded. Often a good sign when it's hard to get a table, the food was tasty and unexpected in ingredients and presentation. High five, loved it! Only minus was one faucet in the bathroom who splashed our pants when opened. Not cool entering the restaurant... More

Bastaard was an allround top experience. Looking at the menu it's a bit unclear how many dishes you should order, but once we got some advise from the staff we were set to order. My picks: Blood cake with duck egg, Munka Pork and to start of I also had a Valhalla cocktail. Both dishes were special in taste, great... More
