Once again impressed by the subtle flavours and traditional Tibetan dishes. We have a range of dietary requirements and there were dishes to suit the whole family. The lentil cake was especially delicious finish to the meal.

I've been to Wild Yak a few times (once I took my family for my Birthday). The food is really authentic and delish! The prices are quite cheap! Especially for dining in!

We had a sellection of dishes all were very good, the momo a specialty here . It was lovely and warm with Tibetan blankets to put over your lap it needed. The meal cost was very reasonable so those on a budget shouldn't worry you can have a great meal for under $20.00

Saturday night dinner for 4. Parking in the area IMPOSSIBLE, finally found a spot over 1km away. Should have Ubered. Anyway, because of the parking we were late for a 730 booking; got there 745 only to find the place empty? We were seated and served promptly, and eventually a few larger reserved tables arrive, but it never filled up... More

I've been eating at the Wild Yak for more than 15 years now and still love it. The food is nourishing and delicious, the service is friendly and completely unpretentious. Particularly love the momo and chicken soup but everything else I've tried over has been lovingly prepared and yummy. Can only recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I took my partner here for an impromptu surprise birthday dinner with all his friends. We ordered the banquet and were already super happy at the value, quality and amount of food (we struggled to finish it all). Free corkage was an extra bonus. The decor is wonderful. AND THEN at the end of the night the staff... More

Had dinner here the other night, a couple of us have traveled through Nepal and were keen to show the others the wonderful food from the Tibetan/Nepalese region. Lovely, authentic food, nice service. Only down side was that one of our party ordered momos that were cold when they were served, these were quickly replaced with hot ones, but it... More

Went with a group, quite a large group of around 40, took the whole front area, a bit of a squeeze but it's okay with friends. There are 2 other tables with diners in the restaurant around 50, near full house. The restaurant weren't prepared for that, even we've reserved in advance, not enough staff to serve, kitchen was running... More
