Extremely sweet service, the choice of food was okay, but with my expectations and desires, I could only be disappointed... When in CPH with foreign friends, you'd normally like to introduce also some traditional Danish meals. One of my personal favorites - last years winner...More

I wanted to try Danish cuisine and found this one on tripadvisor. Reviews were good and tried to give a try. Foods were well plated and nice and fresh taste although not memorable. Comfortable ambience but I still don't get what Danish cuisine is about....More

Found this place on trip advisor with good recommendation so headed there to find it fully booked. The waiter, who I have to say was fantastic, said no problem, have a beer in the bar next door (~14 different beers on draft) and I'll come...More

Lovely little restaurant in an atmospheric setting. Staff were very friendly and passionate about the food which was great. Food was delicious and extremely reasonable; loved the maxi burger and the pork. Fantastic value for money and a fabulous spot for lunch.

Me and my girlfriend tried more restaurants in Copenhagen and this was the worst. The beef was like chewing gum, the roast pork was not roasted at all... It took ages for the waiter to attend. I wouldn't come again.

Description
Restaurant PUK is a classic and historic Danish restaurant in the very heart of Copenhagen. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Copenhagen with a history dating back to 1750. Here came the Danish King Christian VII along with his mistress in the late 19th century when they were in town together. You can enjoy all the traditional Danish courses crafted with a blend of respect for tradition and a pride in the art of cooking and the best products from Danish farmers.
