My boyfriend and I went there for a fine dining evening. The place is beautiful, service great but I guess I chose the wrong food. I chose the fish of the day which basically was a quite plain fried fillet of fish with lots of bones (never mind for that) with no much else. I maybe expected a different dining... More

I was invited to dine at Nimb Brasserie as they were launching the new concept. Absolutely great, from service to food I can only say good things. Lots of involvement from galley staff where the Chef himself gets to come out very often and interact with the customers. Definitely a fantastic concept. The Lamb was out of this world and... More

I visited the Nimb Brasserie on recommendations from a friend. The recommendation was well earned! Had a 3 course menu - Crab with avacado puré, T-bone and Eclaires. Food was fresh and super tasty, cozy atmosphere and the waitor (Hannah, I believe) was super friendly and made the experience truly great!

Thought this was a beautiful hotel overlooking the famous amusement park Tivoli. At night it is cool with the lights from the rides and the park is actually open. The prices are quite steep, but you expect that for Copenhagen which is an expensive city and in addition this is an expensive hotel. BUT then the service should really be... More

We all looked forward to this first time visit at Nimb Brasserie – well, if you are in for a full evening at Nimb this is the place (read; service extremely slow!). Tried various starters (oysters and mussels) which were good and very tasty. The main course (most of us had rack of lamb) was not so good (!) –... More

I had the joy of enjoying a fantastic brunch at Nimb Brasserie during Christmas. The room facing Tivoli gardens is very beautiful and stylish with lavish but Nordic cool Christmas decorations in silver and grey tones. Make sure to not eat breakfast, the brunch is huge! We got fresh juice and coffee, cold cuts and cheese with bread, Danishes, sliders... More

Visited the Nimb restaurant whilst visiting Tivoli Gardens. The food was great, all freshly cooked and, unlike many theme park restaurants, the type of place you would return to even if you weren't visiting the theme park. The service was very good and the scenery overlooking the gardens beautiful. Would recommend pre-booking as they were turning away lots of guests.

In short: We had a great evening. We were hosted by Gin, who was attentive and took good care of us all evening. We had booked bubbles, snacks, overseas wine-tasting and course of the day. Bubbles was accompanied by a huuge charcuterie-board, which lasted a full hour, with us starting to dip into the wine-tasting along the way. We had... More

The brunch serving is highly overpriced, doesn't match the menu and the staff (are nice bur) dont seem to know. We were presented a cheaper version of salmon than the one on the menu, we had to ask for honey and were told, that it wasn't included in the brunch - yet the menu said honey from the restaurants own... Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
