Very good pastries and great coffee - really nice atmosphere and friendly staff - what more do you need first thing in the morning?

I loved this place - laid back, cool interior and delicious fresh pastries. I discovered my favourite was not infact the cinnamon scroll, but the Tebirkies (poppyseed/marzipan yum!) - good selection of freshly pressed juice too
We came here for a snack or 2! Bought a delicious pair of poppy seed (see pic) and cinnamon danishes (no pic). Good and helpful service and good value for a quality product.
I ordered a soft boiled egg and a coffee. It took 45 minutes to receive my order. There were no more than 12 people in the bakery but it seemed obvious that the 2 staffers could not handle the few orders (lack of planning, confused)....More
lovely little bakery with good breakfast choices and hot tea with milk. Despite being busy, we were soon served and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. A great start to a day of walking.
We ate a sandwich at one of the emmerys bakery's, unfortunately i don't know the street anymore. The sanwich I had was with cheddar was very good, but the employee at the counter was very grumpy and not realy welcoming to us.
