The 'old world' charm of the tea shop suggested that the tea room above would prove to be a cosy and welcoming stop for much needed refreshment. The environment was pleasant enough, and clearly popular with locals, but 30 minutes to serve 2 very mediocre pots of tea costing 170dk (approximately £18 . . . . yes £18!) with no... More

We are sorry for your review but feel it is mainly based on a price issue. The prices are shown in the menu and you clearly chose " Tea Choice". If you choose to order our Tea Choice , you will still get 2 ginger nuts with your pot. This will set you back EUR 11,-. We are sorry it... More

We were four people visiting the teasalon on the first floor. The were greeted and were seated at a nice table a corner of the room. The first thing that struck me was the extensive selection of 150 types of tea. There were no descriptions of the teas or further explanations or suggestions towards the taste of any of the... More

Furher to this I find it sad that you did not come forward with your points to the staff. We have noted your comments but do not agree with you. I invited my mother and my two daughters for tea at Perchs. The place is calm and quiet, we all ordered the 'Perchs Classic Ceremony' consisting of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream, lemon curd and marmalade, little macarons and tea chosen from Perchs Tea Card - and of course a glass of Crémant. Absolutely wonderful, and serves as a... More

This 2 story tea shop and tea house is so wonderful, it is no wonder that people don't mind waiting to get in. When you make reservations to visit the tea house, it is held for 2 hours. There is so much to see and buy. They have a large collection of teas for sale. It is close to a... More

1. floor over the tea shop that has been at the same adress since 1835, you find an old classic tea room with all the best for a rest - with 100 different teas from all over the world you find your best - believe me. Small sandwiches and scones the right way gives you the real english feeling form... More

We had a similar start to the posting by PEO2800. However we stayed. I'd like to say. Regardless of reservations, we could have been seated but weren't. There were 3 open tables (reserved I'm told) and one about to be open. We could have been seated and that 4th table prepared if all three reservations happen to arrive at the... More

A very special experience for any special occasion or as a treat to yourself! Beautiful room with royal Copenhagen tea cups, pots and plates, and of course Perch's tea. Popular so must book before. Lovely shop to for gifts and tea to take home.

Scones and cream tea delicious, elegantly and pleasantly served by excellent staff, complete with Royal Copenhagen crockery - all of which contribute to the fine old school style of the experience. The shop on the ground floor is also well worth visiting - running on the same premises since 1835. Advance reservation (several weeks beforehand for a weekend visit) strongly... More

We happened upon Perch's whilst walking around Copenhagen. I had read about the famous tea rooms, and thought we'd take a look upstairs. It was very busy, but the waitress was so kind and managed to find us a table despite being reservations only. The whole experience could not have been better - friendly staff, exquisite food, calm but busy... More

We had Perchs Klassiske Ceremoni. It was so nice and cozy. The table is a bit close, but it is not something that bothers you. The tea is sooo good. The food is nice and delicated served. The staf is helpful in the choise of tea. One get one pot of tea each.
