A very cosy place with old fashioned furniture, and a lot of reminiscence to the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. They offer mostly traditional food and beer from this area (Czech Republik, Hungary) We tried the goulash soup, which was the best i have for for many, many years, and the cheese fondue (which origin lies outside the cafes geographical food area), made... The serving was great and the food really good. It had an authentic taste and the portion was quite large. They have an English menu. Be aware that they do not take non-DK credit cards, so you have to pay in cash. Prices are 12-14 pounds per main meal, which for central Cph is not too bad. The setting is... More

A compact bar serving uncommon Czech beer and Central European food of reasonable quality. Nothing fancy and slightly dated interior which I suspect appeals mostly to middle aged men who like their beer (such as myself). Friendly service and reasonably priced. I certainly enjoyed my visit with a group of thirsty colleagues. No smoking - a big plus as far... More

We ate at this restaurant on our first night in Copenhagen and we wasn't disappointed! From the outside the restaurant looks very warm and inviting, and the inside makes you feel like you're right at home. The owner of the restaurant was extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff really friendly! The... More

I was been served an excellent vegetarian dish with pancakes made of potatoes and with a sauce of champignons/mushrooms. And not to forget to mention Cafe Bohemia's large collection of draft beers what made me to stay there some hours after I had eaten my dinner. This place had a very nice atmosphare and brought me memories from my first... More

I have been in Cafe Bohemia three times. The decoration of the place is excellent and very cozy. The food is very nice; more home-cooked style but extremely authentic and cared-for. It is a great value for money! What is more, last time we got the chance to chat with the owners and it turns out they the friendliest couple.... More

What initially looked like a nice cozy bar turned to be a really bad experience. The barman was very arrogant and rude from the moment when me and my wife entered this place. He overcharged us by almost 550 DKK what we unfortunatelly found out later. He charged us for some spirits which we didn't have and we were really... More

Cafe Bohemia is really worth visiting if you like superb food prepared with passion. It is not only tasty, but also fresh and portions are big. Staff is helpful, friendly and passionate about food they are serving. We had a great dinner/supper with delicious dessert in cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
