This is an experience I would absolutely recommend you try even if you are not staying at the hotel.
We had the 4 course tasting menu and every course was simply delicious.
Could not fault it in any way.
Confit tomatoes , cucumber gazpacho/beef tartrate, sole and a lemon parfait to finish. Combined with top notch service and a stunning sunset if you arrive early for drinks, this is an absolute must if you are looking for a fine dining experience in Mykonos.

Magic location, with a nice swimming pool in front of the sea where you can chill drinking a cocktail and enjoying the sunset.
The food experience was amazing.
Unfortunately in this moment they don’t offer a manu à la carte, you can only choose between 2 tasting menu, but our menu was really good. Also the staff was very kind and professional.
The restaurant and the lounge area were not crowded at all, everything was simply perfect.
Strongly recommended!

My husband and I have eaten in some of the top restaurants within Europe and this by far hits high in our list.
We were staying at the sister hotel of Bill & Coo at the Coast Suites and ate at Gastronomy on our second night out of pure excitement. We’d heard incredible things about the taster menus and we were not disappointed.
Upon arrival at the hotel you’re greeted by every person visible so it’s incredibly friendly. We arrived 30 minutes early to watch the famous sunset with a cocktail.
When heading into the restaurant which is just to the side of the pool so you still see all those gorgeous views we were greeted with the usual top tier service you’d expect with Bill & Coo. We had the the 7 course taster menu, all items on the menu were read to us prior to arrival, gorgeously plated, perfect timings in between servings. Food is absolutely astonishing it’s almost indescribable how good it is.
Treat yourself and eat here.

We had such a great experience here!
The food and wine was amazing, we had the First Time menu with wine pairings and we loved everything. All the ingredients and wines were locally sourced, so you get a real taste of the cuisine.
Almost as important as the food and wine though was the view, which overlooks the sea and coastline. We went around 8.30 as the sun was setting and the view was stunning!
The staff were all really friendly and attentive at all times. Was very difficult to fault anything, thank you for a great night!

I’ve eaten in more than 40 countries and done my share of find-dining and this was the best experience I’ve ever had! The entire experience was perfection but not stuffy and the food was beautifully flavored, prepared and presented. Allow yourself at least 3 hours for dinner - this is an experience, not just a meal. The ingredients are of the highest quality and locally sourced and the subtle flavor combinations are literally remarkable. If you have the time, money and palate don’t miss this absolute gem!

We opted for the 4 course degustation selection, it was delicious.
The venue was contemporary, clean and the vibe was just right. The venue was not overly busy, service was steady and professional. Lots of excellent greek wines to enjoy with dinner across all price points.
Highly recommended!

A way to travel and discover the Greek culture trough a plush menu!
The chef is always available to discuss with customers and he will offer many surprises!

Last night on the Island, just sorry we didn’t go earlier. Beautiful hotel, chic dining room, really clever food (especially the pastry chef!) and really friendly service. We couldn’t fault it. Will certainly be back next time we are in Mykonos

We had the 7 course dinner and loved it! Each dish was unique and delicious and the staff was very attentive and made the experience all the more worthwhile. If you're a foodie and appreciate haute cuisine, this is the place!

This was a surprise dinner booked by my partner for my 50th birthday. The venue is amazing with a wonderful large terrace which was perfectly positioned to watch the sun set over the Aegean. The food was spectacular, as was the service. We arrived a little earlier than planned to enjoy the sunset but the staff made a special dispensation to allow us have a drink in the bar. I’d like to mention to Maria, the sommelier, who made the evening more enjoyable, but all of the staff were extremely welcoming and courteous.
I cannot fault it. Highly recommended!

For our last evening in Mykonos we decided to have dinner in our hotel restaurant. I wish we didn’t go. It was disappointing in every aspect of the experience.
- Food taste not as great as it should be for the price you pay.
- A very tiny portion left you starving and waiting badly for your breakfast.
- Service can be really improved.
There’s so many great places in Mykonos to finish of with a great experience. Unless this place make drastic changes to their menu and staff please find yourself another good restaurant in town.
