Good food, Wine and food only! No soda or other beverages. Small small place, no tables bigger than 4 and maybe 4-5 tables along sidewalk. Italian food, written in Greek so listen carefully when owner explains. Homemade everything ❤ We will return!!

Not sure what's going on with this place. They only serve pasta and salads, and both are extraordinarily good, the pasta homemade. Have been there three times in the past few years. It is a nice changeup to the usual (great) Greek food in Chania. This time, however, they "suddenly" did not accept credit cards. No advance warning until time... More

Sorry, our fault. We do accept c.c., but we had some trouble with our pos. We open every single day at 7p.m except Sunday unless any particular problem 'cause us to shoot down (it's just the two of us running the place...think is also the good with it) Thanks for your visit and hope to see you soon again. antonio More

We'd passed this restaurant most nights & kept saying that we should try it. There were no big signs outside, offering this & that to eat. All it said was 'pasta & vino'. What more? So we thought we would give it a try. Oh, wow. The food is a-maze-ing!!! There wasn't anyone in the restaurant when we were seated... More

A little place tucked out of the way, with delightful service and food. You definitely should pick from the fresh pasta selections, which were wonderful. Tiny but well worth the visit.

I wanted to like this after having looked at the reviews online. It started off quite badly when we arrived in the evening and the owner(I suppose) wanted to offer us the tiny table far away in the dark, and then we told him we wanted a better one. Apparently he took the best table in the house(and the only... More

Real italian tastes, combined with a perfect picturisque small pedestrian street location, a nice selection of wines and a friendly service. What else can you ask for?

Happened to book a room in this authentic old town B and B in the center of Chania. Discovered that the owner, Antonio, held a few tables on the front sidewalk terrace for evening service. Decided to try the short menu of salads, pasta and wine. Happened to fall on authentic, home cooked, fresh pasta with market buys of the... More

The (always happy) owner is Italian, so he knows how pasta has to be cooked! His skills are amazing! The fresh homemade pasta is always tastier than the packed of course...but that guy is an artist on cooking!!! I tasted the most delicious salad I have ever eat (all of them!). My favorite salad is this one with the crispy... More

It's always hard to find good Italian food outside Italy (and I have been living for over 20 years outside Italy). It was not the case of Pan e Vin . Pasta was perfect, the wine selection great, the all meal was a great experience. The tables are mostly outdoor in a small lane, almost on a balcony. great location... More

This little restaurant was a really pleasant surprise as everything was perfect. The cozy atmosphere, the friendly owner, the delicious food and the reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit for those who appreciate authentic italian food. Some salads, some basic starters and a reasonable variety of pastas is all you can find there but they are more than sufficient for... More
