This was the only restaurant we could find empty tables a late night in the middle of August. It's a rather quiet place and the service is good. However, most tastes were average, some below i.e. Avocado dip. The prices were relatively high.

It's ok not very special location is a little bit from the busy harbor. The place looks good. Food is ok. It is also depending on what you order.

Ate here 3 times when visiting Chania. Lunch was very tasty. Grilled octopus one evening was delicious and well presented. Cold octopus with Ouzo another early evening was/is a must. Lovely setting and would strongly recommend a visit. Lovely setting.

3 stars just to maintain a bit of subjectivity, but the place offers same food, undecorated but plain simple, as most other places, but with a price 30% higher. I.e., zaziki that usually is peices around 3.8€ here costs 4.5€... Other than carnaggio...

The first night in Chania, we decided to try this tavern, after recommendation of several internet tourist guides. We tasted 5-6 dishes and we found them quite moderate. The snails (xoxlioi) were disappointing. The service was good, although the bill was delayed a lot. We think they need one hostage to help with new arrivals as when new customers arrived... More

Was recommended to come here by my hotel, and I have to say, I've been here almost every other night. Everything else that I've tried just hasn't managed to hit the spot like this place. Stuffed vine leaves and seafood pasta are exceptional! Plus, the guys are always friendly and attentive. Two thumbs up!

We chose that place because it was a little away from the noisy ones in the harbour and the setting with the bougainvillea around was attractive to us. It was our first experience of dining in Crete since we arrived a couple of hours before. Even though it was after 11 pm and stuff seemed to be tired we received... More

The restaurant is very close to Chania Harbour, but not in the most crowded area. It is idea to eat in the city center on a peaceful terrace. Food is fresh and tasty. From there, in the evening you can see the nice Sunset.

We were recommended by our guide and not disappointed. The tavern is near the port but out of the usual touristic area. It is a lovely patio with nice flowers. The service was fast and the food was delicious. We ate fried small fish, greek salad and burger. We really loved the athmosphere and recommend this place to everyone who... More

For no other reason than its picture perfect location (covered in bougainvillea and looking out to the harbour away from main tourist drag) a visit to this restaurant is a must. Friendly helpful service and delicious stuffed eggplant and slow cooked lamb were fabulous. The complimentary desserts were stunning. Let down slightly by bland fried small fish but maybe that...
