Advised to visit by a local. It really did worth. When seeing it from outside, you have the feeling of a second class tavern, nothing special. But fish food and service really compensates you! Great varieties, house wine, ouzo, tsikoudia!! And a good friend to...More

Really nice and peaceful place with kind and helpful stuff. If you are a seafood lover you should definitely visit this place. Atmosphere is just perfect for the dinner and the price is really reasonable.

Yperokeanio is a small and simple taverna in Pireaus. Every meze we ate was delicious. Try Fillet of sea bass marinated in lemon juice, grilled sardines, fried calamari etc etc. Even tzatziki is different and delicious. A place to go..

Excellent food and very reasonable prices. The sardines were tasty and generally everything was fresh. I would recommend it for a quick lunch but also for a nice simple dinner.

In a typical, simple and cozy environment of a fish tavern, you order seemingly typical fish tavern dishes, but they come with an unexpected and imaginative twist that elevates and excites.
